For a second just think about how much range of eye movement we use everyday vs what is possible. Most of the day, we don’t look beyond 10-50cm as we are glued to our phones / monitors all day. We don’t really look to the sides or far up as everything we have around us is conveniently set to our ‘eye level’. . Our eyes were made to look up into the sky, far into the forests and hunt for hidden gems. As we don’t these days, our eye muscles eventually loose their elasticity and sharpness, inviting eye diseases and fatigue. . So let’s just take out 5min everyday after you wake up, or with your exercise / meditation routines or just while you are on your way to work, to give your eyes a gentle exercise and a rolling massage. .
